£12.70, uplift after 12 weeks to £13.50

Experience:

At least 12 months experience is required.

Responsibilities and duties:

• The role of the Chef de Partie will be to take responsibility for the timely production and presentation of food in the appropriate section.
• As a Chef de Partie you will assist and deputise for the Sous chef or Junior Sous Chef of that section and manage any Junior members of the team on the section and be fully H&S compliant.
