Experience:

Previous work experience as a chef is essential.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assisting the Head Chef and hotel staff, as required
• Compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
• Responsibility for preparation, cooking and presentation of food for the property’s menu in line with specifications with the Kitchen and food service team
• Providing high levels of guest service throughout the food service
